    No Violation Inc. uses robust security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure appropriate use. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect Customer Data during transmission. Additional security measures include dynamic data and encoded session identifications, secure server environments, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

    Customer data will be retained as long as the Customer is in good standing with the Company. Upon separation, Customers should inform the Company how they wish to have their information ported or deleted.

    No Violation Inc. and Facilitr allow permission-based access to documents and information within the Company’s application. These actions are Customer-generated. No Violation Inc. does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided by users with third parties for any purposes unless described in this privacy policy or required by law.

  8. 7. International Transfer of Information Collected

    To facilitate global operations, No Violation Inc. may transfer and access Customer Data from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Policy applies even if data is transferred to other countries.

    No Violation Inc. and its affiliate brands are enterprise solutions not accessible to children. If a child fills out an information sheet, the information will be disregarded once identified as pertaining to a child.
